The PKC Bench Show Extravaganza IV was held on October 27, 2001 at the Tennis Center at Ken Lake State Res ort Park in Aurora, KY. The judges were Dewayne Brough of Ohio, Guy Manning of Texas, and Jerry Moll of Indiana. Gary Hern was the Ring Steward. The following dogs were successful participants in the prestigious show, now in it’s fourth year:

King of Extravaganza IV: River Pine Flying Hawk, a two-year old Treeing Walker owned and handled by David T. Sessoms of Elm City, NC. Twister earned $260.50 plus 100 pounds of PURINA brand dog food, a full page ad in American Cooner, and a PURINA Queen of Show jacket.

Queen of Extravaganza IV: Clamme’s Nancy, a one-year old Walker female owned and handled by Pat Kerr of Porter, Oklahoma. Nancy earned $260.05 plus 100 pounds of PURINA brand dog food, a full page ad in American Cooner, and a PURINA Queen of Show jacket.

Open Show: Best Junior Male Black and Tan and Best of Breed Black and Tan Male was Shawnee Hills Beau Jolais, owned by H.L. Meyer, Jr. of Fayetteville, GA and handled by Mike Seets of Eddyville, IL. $27,50.

Open Show: Best Senior Female Black and Tan and Best of Breed Black and Tan Female was Cherokee’s Feather, owned and handled by Kitty M. Gilliland of Greenville, PA. $44.00.

Open Show: Best Senior Bluetick Female and Best of Breed Bluetick Female was County Line Millie, owned by Jeffery D. Farthing of Irvine, KY and handled by Christina Farthing of Irvine, KY. $55,.00

Open Show: Best Senior Male Bluetick and Best of Breed Bluetick Male was Killion’s Sparky’s A.J. owned and handled by James Killion of Ava, Il. $27.50.

Open Show: Best Baby Cur Female and Best of Breed Cur Female was Lakeland’s Jazmine, owned and handled by Charles D. Haugh of Neoga, IL. $27.50.

Open Show: Best Senior English Male and Best of Breed English Male was Hillbilly Big Bull, owned by Chad Butcher/Dean Thompson of Portland, IN and handled by Janet Butcher of Portland, IN. $27.50.

Open Show: Best Senior Redbone Female and Best of Breed Redbone Female was Callahan’s Flint River Morgan, owned and handled by Kriss Callahan of Senoia, GA. $87.50.
