Purina Pro Club forms available online!

With the addition of Nestle-Purina PetCare to our roster of major sponsors, membership in Purina Pro Club becomes very important. The first place dogs in the monthly Super Handler and Super Pup races will receive double the award of Purina-brand dog food if the owner is a Purina Pro Club member.

Need a Weight Circle Claim Form, a Refer-A-Breeder Card or a Purina Pro Club Member Awards Brochure?

Just go to www.purinaproclub.com, log in using your membership number, password and ZIP code. Then click on "Pro Club Tools" in the right margin to print out copies of these forms as well as the Rewards Brochure.
