The awards from the escrow fund was presented as follows:

A discussion followed concerning the location of the State Championship next year. It has been normal to rotate the event on each side of the Tennessee river each year and it would go to the east side of the river next year. The Santa Fe club had applied to have it at their club and Tam presented them as a possible location. There were also other suggestions presented from the floor for Leoma and White Bluff. Although the vote is not binding because everything has to be worked out between the club and PKC office, the vote of the membership is strongly considered for the final location. A vote was taken with the following results:

Leoma, TN – 13
Santa Fe, TN – 12
White Bluff – 7

Since everyone had coonhunting on their mind, a motion was presented that we adjourn the meeting and draw the dogs. The membership voted 100 percent in favor of the motion.
