the $500 Added Purse PKC Open Event held here. The sweltering conditions didn’t dissuade 44 members from trying a hand at taking home some PKC gold. And, the hot and humid conditions seemed to suit the area’s raccoon population just fine. They moved well ahead of the hounds and the result was that all eleven casts finished with plus points.

If this entry is any indication of the interest in PKC hunting in Hoosier land despite summer’s heat then next week’s warm-up hunts and the three-night main event at the PKC Labor Day Classic should be outstanding.

Jerry Moll of Batesville filed the following comments with his report for PROHOUND Online: “We would like to thank all PKC members who supported this hunt and special thanks to Mike Goodpaster for all his help.”
