boys of the Clarksville and Yell County coon clubs have her picked up, swept down, and locked up tight. All the hunters have gone home to the four winds, some as far away as Connecticut. No doubt Mike, John, Johnny, and Neil collapsed in their beds this morning for a much-deserved rest after hosting another successful Nite Lite Hunt. It was a Jim Dandy in every way and finished with 108 hounds in the timber on Saturday night.

The hunters added $120 to the Youth added purse and guides Don Fox and Jim Henderson contributed their guide money. When combined, the added benevolence of the guides and hunters added $200 to the Youth added purse. In all each of the Youth cast winners took home $335.00! One hundred and ten dollars of which is Open money, qualifying each youth for the PKC Youth Championship in Aurora this fall.

The Nite Lite Hunt, 2004 edition, ran smooth as silk from the warm-ups through the Saturday night events. It was a pleasure for PKC to be able to work with the Clarksville Coon Hunter’s Association and the Yell County Coon Hunter’s Association once again. We had a lot of laughs and lost a lot of sleep but it was simply a great hunt all the way around. Congratulations to all the winners.

PKC – It’s where YOU need to be!
