I submit the following report regarding a PKC member whose conduct during a PKC sanctioned event was unacceptable. I believe that this individual has acted in such a way to bring discredit to PKC and the sport of competition coon hunting. I feel that disciplinary action(s) should be taken against this individual. I agree to make every effort to abide by the rules and guidelines established in the PKC Rules & Policies Manual (Blue Book), regarding submission of written statements that may be deemed necessary to achieve this goal.
