SIRE OWNER AGREEMENT

STUD DOG OWNER AGREES THAT THE PKC BREEDER'S ASSOCIATION, IN CONJUNCTION WITH PKC, HAS THE RIGHT TO RULE ON ANY SITUATION NOT SPECIFICALLY COVERED IN THE BREEDER'S ASSOCIATION BY-LAWS AND THIS AGREEMENT, AND THAT A COMMITTEE OF PKC NATIONAL DIRECTORS, IN CONJUNCTION WITH PKC, WILL SERVE AS THE FINAL AUTHORITY IN ANY DISPUTE THAT MAY ARISE CONCERNING THIS PROMOTION AND THE SUPER STAKES CHAMPIONSHIPS.
