Due to some of our customers failing to fulfill their obligations to pay their bills, we have been forced to implement the following policy concerning payment of entry fees at major events. We regret being forced to implement this policy but have no other choice due to some of our customers failing to pay their bills.
Hunting Guides and Satellite Club Hunting Guides planning to charge entry fees at any major event must make payment arrangements prior to the event by placing a debit or credit card on file with PKC Office, or bringing or sending a signed personal check to be held by the PKC Office Staff until the event is finished. At that time, the check will be completed for the total amount of the entry fees.
Effective April 15, 2025 PKC will no longer permit entry fees at major events to be charged. Customers may pay with a debit card, credit card, check, or cash. We can accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
