Ranger Rick Wins 2013 McVay Memorial Pup Derby

West Lafayette, OH – The McVay Memorial Hunt Weekend has been kicked off with 30 puppies participating in the Pup Derby. With wet rainy weather the lighting and thunder it did not dampened the spirits of those in attendance at the 6:00 am deadline. As the day progressed the skies cleared and the weather cooperated. The Youth hunt will be held this afternoon and tomorrow starts the two rounds of qualifying for the Memorial hunt. There also will be a bench show along with an unprecedented raffle giving away roughly $30,000.00 in prizes.

Winning 1^st place was Ranger Rick owned and handled by Tom Miller.
