Sandy Creek, NY -
Thursday
September 08, 2016

PKC New York State President, Matt Wilday, provided the following report. “The 4th night of the Nor'Easter is in the books, where another new face was in the winners circle. Ava and Lynn are still the front runners where Ava pulled off yet another cast win tonight, making that 4 in a row. Hector is close behind with 3 cast wins, Boogie Man, 22 Mag and Dolly each have 2 cast wins. Can anyone catch Ava? I guess we'll have to wait until Sunday morning to find out. 15 dogs showed up and hunted for the $500 added purse. I suppose the 100% humidity and 80 degree temperature at deadline may have kept the faint of heart at home. The weather didn't seem to bother the coon much since 10 coon were scored tonight. We will be traveling south west to Franklinville to hunt for another $500 added purse tonight, deadline at 8:00 pm. Hope to see everyone there." Shown below are the Final Four (L-R):

West Eaton, NY -
Wednesday
September 07, 2016

PKC New York State President, Matt Wilday, provided the following report. “The third night of the 2016 Nor'Easter is in the books with a few new faces in the winners circle. Ava and Lynn take the early lead with 3 cast wins in a row. Only 3 coon were scored again tonight. The weatherman is predicting a 60% chance for some thunderstorms today in Sandy Creek, maybe that will get the coon moving a little better tonight. It was a little sticky tonight, with 98% humidity and still 73 degrees when our cast finished tonight. There still isn't a youth handler that has made it to the winners circle, but I'm sure that will change this weekend. The Nor'Easter now heads Northwesterly to Sandy Creek where the two hour casts start for another $500 added purse. Hope to see everyone there." Shown below are the Final Four (L-R):

PKC New York State President, Matt Wilday, provided the following report. “The second night of the Nor'Easter is in the books, where 23 dogs and handlers took to the woods on this humid night. The coon still were not cooperating very well, with only 4 coon being scored. We have an early tie for the lead with Hector and Ava both having 2 cast wins each. Tonight we move a little west to West Eaton for another $500 added, one hour hunt with an 8:00 pm deadline. Hope to see everyone there." Shown below are the Final Five (L-R):

Unidilla, NY -
Monday September 05, 2016

PKC New York State President, Matt Wilday, provided the following report. “The first night of the 2016 Nor'Easter is in the books where 16 dogs showed up to Unidilla, NY to try for the $500 added purse. The final 4 decided to split. There were 3 coon scored. The weatherman was a little more cooperative than the coon, at least no one needed forceps.

The Nor'Easter heads to Fort Plain tomorrow night for another $500 added purse, hope to see everyone there. By the way the posting will be a little dry, my computer quit on me last week, so I am attempting this by phone (not fun). A special thank you to Krystal Buddles who rescued me last night when my transmission in my truck decided to quit too.
