Congratulations to handler; Coy Sullivan of Selmer, Tennessee along with owner; William Cochran of Ellijay, Georgia and 2016 PKC World Champion $30,000 Winner Thousand Dollar Bill! This huge win moves Bill into third place of PKC's All Time money list with $115,052.
Second place, $14,000 Winner is Wipeout Jessie Jane, also owned by William Cochran of Ellijay, Georgia and handled by Billy Bell of Parsons, Tennessee.
Third place $9,000 Winner is Slow Talking Duke, owned by Shabel/ Carroll of Smynra, South Carolina and handled by Mike Carroll, also of Smynra, South Carolina.

Wendel Bruton Is 2016 PKC Youth World Champion!

Congratulations to Wendel Bruton of Montrose, Michigan for handling "Rock Bottom Trouble" to their huge 2016 PKC Youth World Championship win in Salem, Illinois tonight. “Trouble” is a 2010 Treeing Walker male, owned by Wendel's Dad Charlie Bruton. Shown below is Wendel receiving his awesome cash and scholarship awards of $6,000 at the Marion County Fairgrounds.
The Reserve 2016 PKC Youth World Champion is Michael Box of Winfield, Alabama hunting his own dog "Sipsey River Speck", a 2016 Crossbred male. Michael earned cash and scholarship awards of $3,500!
Winning third place in the 2016 PKC Youth World Championship was Mason Williams of Hudson, Michigan hunting "Classic Country Queen", owned by Troy Williams, also of Hudson, Michigan. Mason won $2,000 in cash and scholarship awards!
Single cast winning youth earned $100 each, double cast winners who did not advance further, each earned $300. The total cash and scholarship awards paid out during the 2016 PKC Youth World Championship and Saturday night's Youth Open Event was $15,850. Congratulations to 2016 PKC Cedar River Classic Champion “Halftime Ruby”. Ruby is a 2012 Cross Bred female owned by Hamilton/Meyers of Postville, Iowa and handled by Wes Hamilton of Crete, Nebraska. The Cedar River Classic Final Cast scored on six coon in the one-hour contest! In addition to the PKC Earnings and Added Purse Awards, the trio won a brand new 2016 Polaris Sportsman 570 EFI Four Wheeler. As 2016 PKC Cedar River Classic Champions, the dog and handler are credited an additional $6,500 in PKC lifetime earnings.
