Sandy Creek, NY –
Thursday September 10, 2015

PKC New York State President, Matt Wilday, provided the following report. “The 4th night of the Nor’Easter is over with, showing another three new faces in the winner’s circle. The two-hour $55 Open Event, featuring a $500 Added Purse, saw 20 handlers brave the elements with cooler temperatures in the north country. The winners decided to split again. The coon were not cooperative tonight, where only one cast came back with plus points. The Nor’Easter will now track south to Branchport, NY. Hope to see everyone there. We had 3 youth hunters braved the elements tonight with one of them getting a cast win. Again we would like to thank everyone who came and supported our hunt. So far Rock has the early lead with 3 cast wins, with Hammer, Hector and Jim close behind with 2 each. There are also 12 dogs with single cast wins, so it’s still anyone’s game. Nick Loomis has the early youth lead with two cast wins, with Zachary Martin right on his heels ." Shown below are the Final Four (L-R):

Copenhagen, NY –
Wednesday September 09, 2015

PKC New York State President, Matt Wilday, provided the following report. “The 3rd night of the Nor’Easter is over with, showing some new faces in the winner’s circle again. The one-hour $55 warm-up hunt, featuring a $500 added purse, saw 20 handlers brave the elements. The winners decided to split again. I think the Dairy Queen is closed tomorrow night, so I am expecting someone will want to hunt it off. The coon didn’t seem to want to cooperate on all the casts, I guess they may be staying in their den waiting for the storm to pass. The Nor’Easter is now tracking west to Sandy Creek, NY where the two-hour hunts start. Hope to see everyone there. So far there are 3 dogs with 2 cast wins. Again we would like to thank everyone who came and supported our hunt." Shown below are the Final Four (L-R):

Fort Plain, NY-
Tuesday September 08, 2015

PKC New York State President, Matt Wilday, provided the following report. “The 2nd night of the Nor’Easter is over, with new faces in the winner’s circle. The one-hour warm-up $55 hunt, featuring a $500 added purse, saw 20 handlers brave the elements. The winners decided to split like a Dairy Queen sundae and I don’t blame them, it was still HOT when all of the casts returned to the club house. We have an early leader in the week-long race, with Cold Creek Rock having two Final 4 wins. The Nor’Easter will now track north to Copenhagen, NY. The weatherman reports that it will cool down as the week progresses, we sure hope so. Hope to see everyone in Copenhagen tonight. Again we would like to thank everyone who came and supported our hunt." Shown below are the Final Four (L-R):

West Eaton, NY
Monday September 08, 2015

PKC New York State President, Matt Wilday, provided the following report. “The start of the Nor’Easter in New York got kicked off last night where 23 dogs and handlers headed to the woods for a $55 open & $500 added purse hunt. Possibly the severe HOT weather that we experienced just prior to deadline kept some of the faint of heart hunters home. The winners decided to split. Stay tuned for the breaking news to see what this storm of hunts blows in as they hunt for the added purse monies all this week in New York! Tomorrow the storm blows into Fort Plain, NY for another $55 open & $500 added purse.

The local guides did a great job, every cast, except one scored on coon, with a total of 8 coon scored and no porkies! Glad to see you guys supporting PKC New York. We would like to thank everyone who came and supported our hunt." Shown below are the Final Four (L-R):
