When the dust settled in Ripley, Tennessee last night, the victor was PCH Thousand Dollar Bill. Bill is a 2010 Treeing Walker male owned by William E Cochran of Ellijay, Georgia and handled by Coy Sullivan of Selmer, Tennessee.
