Selmer, TN – A highlight of the 2004 PKC Spring Super Stakes Champio

nship was the Baby Derby Championship for Spring pups born between May 1st and October 31st of 2003. Forty pups entered the event on Saturday night at Selmer. Here’s the way they finished:

1st – Buddy (Sired by Rat Attack)
Hammond or Brown, owners
Larry Hammond, handler

2nd – Lunatic (Sired by Tequila Sunrise)
Greg Hammond, owner/handler

3rd – Cutter Bill (Sired by Crow and TC’s Cutter)
Troy Powell, owner/handler

4th – Style (Sired by Tequila Sunrise)
Lewis Conner, owner/handler

The Lunatic and Style pups are littermates.

The Baby Derby Championship has a bright future with PKC. Watch for the next event in Aurora this fall when pups born between November 1st of 2003 and April 30th of 2004 compete in the Fall Baby Derby Championship.
