Re: Florida News & Hunt Results
Minutes of Meeting - Chipley, FL
—March 11, 2016—
Meeting was called to order by President James Wright III
The first item on the agenda was to discuss jackets. With such a small escrow it was once again decided to buy a jacket for the state leader only. Any others in the top 16 could purchase a jacket at full price if they wanted.
Next year’s state hunt is scheduled to be in the central area of the state. We will hold discussions with the Citra and Linden clubs to see who is interested in holding it.
Discussions were held about the declining number of PKC clubs in the state. The primary problem is lack of hunting and lack of participation. It is our hope to add clubs if possible, but to also do our best to support the existing clubs.
The floor was open for discussion and the meeting was then adjourned.

Re: Florida News & Hunt Results
While trying to keep a rotation in Fl. for the State hunt, the hunt was offered to the Chiply club, and the Crawfordville club. Both clubs declined for this year. It was also offered to the Linden club and they also declined. The Ocklawaha club said they would host the State Hunt. The State hunt will be held on Feb. 17th , 18th. Call me if you have any questions. Garry. (352) 812-1961.
