Failing to release a hound
Can a handler choose not to release his hound, keep it on the leash, if they feel like it is to their advantage toward the end of the hunt?

Re: Failing to release a hound
No sir, the only way a hound will not be released is if all dogs are declared treed and the hound is leash locked. The hound must be walked a minute and recut.
