Simple. Hunt time is over without a declared winner. Hunt continues until a winner is declared.

18.B.6. If there is still a tie; do not catch dogs or call time out. The dogs tied will continue hunting until the tie is broken. In overtime, the first dog to score plus, minus or circle points will break the tie. However, the score at the end of the original hunting time will remain the final score for determining placement in the hunt. As an alternative to overtime, tied handlers may unanimously vote to flip a coin to determine the winner.
