If a dog(s) only have deleted strike points recorded at the end of the hunt, is that considered "A total score of zero"?

Deleted points are just that, deleted, as if they never existed on the scorecard.

A dog with only 100 strike points deleted, counts exactly the same as a dog that was never struck in at all. Both dogs have absolutely nothing on the scorecard.

Yes, because the dog that took 100-, in this cast, did worse than nothing.

Sure
