LATE HUNT REPORTS NOTICE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

Hunt Director shall send Hunt Reports to PKC along with all scorecards, copies of Certificate of Earnings, new registrations, new memberships, and World Championship nominations along with all fees collected. Hunt Report should be completed and sent to PKC Office the next day following the event, but no later than four (4) days after the event. A late fee of $20 may be charged for any report postmarked after the four (4) day deadline, $50 late fee after 10 days, and a $100 late fee after 15 days. Any Hunt Report received with a postmark of fifteen (15) days or more after an event will cause a fine of $100 to be assessed on the sponsoring club and the club will be placed on probation. Any Hunt Report received with a postmark of thirty (30) or more days after the hunt date will be considered as a “NO HUNT HELD” and will not be honored. Any awards earned at that specific event will not be credited to the dog(s) and handler(s), and may cause the club to be suspended immediately and all future events may be cancelled.
