Minutes of Meeting - Highland, WI
—April 29, 2016—

MN/WI state hunt was voted to move back to Preston, MN next year.

Jamie Swan made a motion to raffle off a light to raise money for sweatshirts for the top 12.

PKC MN/WI State Association Minutes of Meeting - Preston, MN
—April 28, 2017—

Meeting called to order at 7:09 by President Justin Tibor with 12 members present

The 2017 State Hunt location will be decided at the end of September by the qualified dog owners.

The top 16 will receive sweatshirts again.

Going to try the added purse again on Saturday night of the State Hunt weekend.

Meeting adjourned at 7:36

Justin Tibor started by thanking everyone for the support in Minnesota.

No old business.

State hunt will be in Wisconsin next year on the same dates.

20‐0 voted to keep alternating the state hunt Wisconsin one year Minnesota the next.

Sweatshirts to the top 16.

Keep the added money for the state hunt weekend.

Jamie Swan is in charge of raising the money.

MINNESOTA/WISCONSIN STATE ASSOCIATION
2022 Annual Minutes of Meeting – Plymouth, WI
Friday – April 29, 2022

The annual PKC Minnesota/Wisconsin meeting was held at Plymouth, Wisconsin on Friday, April
29th with 18 members in attendance. No old business. Anthony Stratil kicked off the meeting by
initiating a vote to determine when next year’s State Hunt will be held. Per the vote results, the
hunt will be held the last weekend of April in Minnesota. Next year the State leader we be receiving
a jacket. No added purse money on the same night as the State Hunt. There will be a $500 added
purse with the open event Saturday in conjunction with the Youth Hunt. Meeting adjourned.
