Minutes of Meeting 2024
Friday – January 12, 2024
Meeting called to order by President, Danny Raper.
Parker Reece and Uncle Walter were congratulated as being the 2023 Arkansas State Leader and Carlton “Peanut” Lynch was congratulated as being the 2023 Arkansas State Youth Leader.
A discussion was held concerning jackets for 2024 State Leaders with the decision being made to purchase black hoodies with red lettering.
The 2023 Youth State Championship will be held at Plainview hopefully in March 2024.
Discussion held concerning moving the dates of the state championship. Motion carried to move to the first weekend of May.
2024 Arkansas State Championship will be held at Walnut Ridge.
Motion offered and passed to adjourn meeting.
