Minutes of Meeting - Summerville, GA
—January 14, 2016—

The 2016 Georgia State Meeting was called to order by Tony Smith.

Tony welcomed everyone and the Top 16 Jackets were handed out.

Tony Burgamy offered to host the State Youth Hunt at the Milledgeville Hunting Club sometime during the summer when the children are out of school. No one opposed, so it was agreed upon. Date to be announced later.

Rodney Soles offered to host the 2016 State Hunt at East Dublin Coon Club. Everyone agreed that it would be a good location. No one opposed, so it was agreed upon for the same time next year.

Vote was held on changing State Hunt to Friday instead of Thursday. It failed, so the State hunt will be on Thursday with added purses Friday and Saturday.

Everyone was pleased with the jackets; therefore, it was agreed to keep the same quality and price range for the 2016 Top 16.

With no new business, meeting was adjourned at 6:55 pm.

2017 PKC Georgia State Association Minutes of Meeting - East Dublin, GA
—January 12, 2017—

Meeting was called to order at 6:20 pm by State President, Tony Smith.

First order of business was to announce that due to an error by Tejas, they would be mailing the 2016 Top 16 Jackets to each individual winner.

Second order of business was to have the 2017 Georgia State Hunt at Summerville next year. There were no objections, so it was agreed upon for the same time next year.

Payout for the State Final 4 was announced.

Opened the floor for discussion of any new business or concerns. Several people voiced their concern that the State payouts seem to be getting smaller every year. No answers or ideas to solve the problem were found.

With no other business, meeting was adjourned at 6:45 pm.
