We have had several single cast hunt reports come in lately without photos. Hunt Directors, please make sure this gets done before you head to the woods. Hunters, please remind the Hunt Director to take a photo, you do not want this simple mistake to prevent you and your dog from receiving the credit you have earned. Since August 01, 2016 all Single Cast Hunt Reports missing photos, are charged an additional $20. Always include the name of the club, town, state and date of the hunt with your photo. If you don't have an extra person available to take the cast picture, it's perfectly fine to send two photos. Have one cast member take the first photo while the other cast members hold all the dogs. Then have a different cast member take a second photo while the original picture taker and the other cast members hold all the dogs. This way there is a photo of all dogs and all handlers.
