SERIOUS QUESTION!

Has anyone else noticed that some events get posted when entries go on sale and get promoted and then others do not at all! This is really pi$$ing me off! I am sorry but as a PKC member the things that are going on are complete BS by the hire ups! I was planning on tending the labor day classic and fall super stakes but I feel hunters no longer get any respect from the organization! So until PKC gets there $hit together I won't be attending your major events I will help the local clubs but other than that might as well not get MY ENTRIES and well at super stakes that would have been quite a few!

What has happened to the organization that it once was!

Favortism is at an all time high and catering to a certain group and area of people! I seen another organization do this and they can't fill hunts HMMMMM and now this organization is doing the same thing!

I would like see more stuff done for the $60 added hunts instead of all the big entry hunts. A $60 hunt could have a large payout also. I remember when they did. And, realistically there are a lot of guys like me that could afford the larger entry hunts but just aren’t going to fork over that for a “chance “ to win. I used to burn the road up for $60. I probably spent more than I would have in one lump sum but it was fun

They are not PKC's hunts. They are our hunts we just choose to have PKC keep records for us. In order for them to keep the records we agree to abide by their policies. That's all, if a hunt is successful or not should be strictly up to the host club. If enough of us decide we no longer want to abide by their policies then we can use another Kennel club. Or make your own, It really doesn't sound like a bad racket. What other business makes a profit off of 95% volunteer labor?

I agree Jed its messed up when PKC does things help a few and screws everyone else but the only the 90 min cast will help babbling dog and if you get leash locked its over most likely wont get turned loose again ONLY RECOURSE IS TO NOT GO... But I will try it this year even though I highly disagree with the last min rule changes..
