2012 PKC Nor’Easter – Wednesday
Sandy Creek, NY –
Wednesday, September 05, 2012
The following report comes from PKC Member, Matt Wilday. “The 3rd night of the Nor’Easter is over with, showing some new faces in the winner’s circle. The one-hour warm-up hunt, featuring a $500 added purse, saw 29 handlers brave the elements. The winners decided to split. The coon didn’t seem to want to cooperate on all the casts, guess they may be staying in their den waiting for the storm to pass. The Nor’Easter is hanging over Sandy Creek for another round of action tonight with $500 added purse, it will then track south to Gorham, NY. Hope to see everyone there. So far, there are 4 handlers with 2 cast wins. Only 2 youth hunters braved the elements tonight and 1 got in the final 4, that makes 2 youth handlers and 2 adult handlers with 2 cast wins. Again we would like to thank everyone who came and supported our hunt.”

2012 PKC Nor’Easter – Tuesday
Unadilla, NY –
Tuesday, September 04, 2012
The following report comes from PKC Member, Matt Wilday. “The Nor’ Easter continues to pick up speed as the week progresses. The one-hour warm-up hunt, featuring a $500 added purse, saw 24 handlers brave the elements after a tornado had touched down in neighboring Pennsylvania. The winners decided to split and we had a tie for 4th place. There were a total of 4 youth hunters and the only double cast winner so far is youth hunter David Ellsworth. He sure is showing the older men how to get it done. The local guides did a great job! Glad to see you guys supporting PKC in New York. We would like to thank everyone who came and supported our hunt. The Nor’Easter is going to hit Sandy Creek, NY the next 2 nights for another $500 added purse on Wednesday & Thursday. Hope to see everyone there.”
